Craft Mixology: Cinco de Mayo

Celebrate Mexico’s victory over the Second French Empire with a trio of cocktails that showcase the bounty of our neighbor to the south! Led by Mystic’s own Athony Caporale, author and star of “The Imbible” series of NY-based musicals about the history of cocktails and spirits, you’ll of course start by mastering the classic Margarita. Then we’ll create a unique version of the less commonly known but equally delicious Paloma, before finishing with a Mole Mezcal Old Fashioned that will make you wish every day was the fifth of May! A selection of unique spirits will be provided by Spencer & Lynn Wine and Spirit Merchants of downtown Mystic.
