Along the way\, Sara and Mort share behind-the-scenes stories from the book and insights into how music engages the brain and nervous system in real time.\nThe event also features guest musicians from Broadway artists to conservatory-trained instrumentalists to Stonington's own Nora Fox who help bring the book's ideas to life through collaborative\, live performance.\nNo musical background required just curiosity\, a willingness to listen\, and an openness to experience how music can support focus\, calm\, and connection in everyday life.\nClick here to purchase the book! Books will also be available for sale at the event.\nSuggested donation $5.\nSponsored by CT Humanities
