Grammy award nominee\, Aoife Clancy\, will be joining us for an Irish Song Workshop in which she will share personal memories and anecdotes and teach traditional songs that were passed down to her from her father\, Bobby Clancy. Students will receive song sheets as well as the history and origin of the songs and will also learn vocal techniques to unaccompanied songs that will assist with ornamentation and pacing. Aoife will accompany the group on the guitar and Bodhran (Irish drum.)
