This workshop invites students to explore their unique identities through the creative practices of bookmaking and printmaking. By repurposing materials and engaging in reflective exercises inspired by various poetic forms, participants uncover deeper connections to themselves and the world around them. Through playful exploration of descriptive language tied to all five senses, students discover how the arts can help them feel, taste, smell, see, and hear in new and meaningful ways. This sensory approach fosters self-awareness and personal expression, bringing the connection between art, identity, and wellness to life.
