HALLUWEEN | FRIDAY, OCT. 31 | 5-7:00pm - Children of all ages are invited to trick-or-treat on High Street on Halloween Friday, October 31st from 5:00 - 7:00pm. This family-friendly event will feature music, activities and a spooktacular “trunk or treat” activation at the Municipal lot next to Miceli’s Furniture! Meander through the street alongside towering beasts from Anne Cubberly’s Giant Puppet menagerie, a breathtaking display of color and imagination. Hear the haunting sounds of the Phantom of the UNITED Music School, bringing a terrifying timbre to an terrifically tempestuous evening. The Providence Drum Troupe, a group of musicians, acrobats, hoopers and dancers will be on High Street at 6pm, ready to lead the costume parade of Westerly’s finest ghosts & ghouls along High Street ending in an award ceremony for the best costumes and spookiest screams!
