Ticketing Information

The Preview Party is your chance to see another of Stonington’s beautiful homes while you enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. This year’s Preview Party will be held Friday, October 10th from 6pm to 8pm. Tickets are limited, and are $100 each which includes a ticket to the House Tour on Saturday. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email for the sale, but we keep the location a secret until the day before. You won’t be disappointed – we promise!

 

Behind Stonington’s Doors: Step Inside is a self-guided walking tour of Stonington Village homes, which will take place on Saturday, October 11th from 10am to 4pm. Tickets are $40 in advance, or $50 the day of. When purchasing tickets through our website, you will receive a confirmation email for the sale. When you arrive to the tour on Saturday, please check in with Historic Stonington staff members at Wadawanuck Square to receive your bracelet (which acts as your ticket) and a map to help you locate the homes on the tour.



FAQ

 

Where do I check-in?

Check in will take place at Wadawanuck Square on Broad Street, across from the Stonington Post Office and St. Mary’s Church. You will receive a branded wristband (your ticket)  and map. The wristband is required for entry.

 

Is the tour weather dependent? 

Behind Stonington’s Doors takes place rain or shine, so we encourage everyone to dress appropriately. Since this is a walking tour that will cover approximately 1 to 2 miles, we also suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes.

 

Where is the bathroom?

Public bathrooms are available in Borough Hall, located at 26 Church Street. They are open daily from 7am to 7pm. We will also provide portable restrooms on Wadawanuck Square.

 

Where can we eat lunch? 

We encourage you to take a break and enjoy lunch at one of Stonington Borough’s local restaurants.
