Historic and modern shipwrecks tell incredible stories of exploration, trade, tragedy, and discovery. Anchored by the Brickwrecks: Sunken Ships in LEGO® Bricks exhibition, this program invites learners to dive into the people, technology, trade networks, and environments that shaped—and sometimes doomed—famous vessels across the centuries. Each session explores a different time period and location in maritime history, examining the motivations behind a ship's construction, investigating what went wrong on its final voyage, and challenging participants to imagine better solutions for designing ships, protecting crew, cargo, and the ocean environment.
