Inspired by the timeless tradition of sailors’ ditty bags, small drawstring pouches used for carrying everyday essentials, students will learn basic embroidery techniques while creating their own personalized canvas ditty bags.

Explore stitches, patterns, color, and design as you transform a simple bag into a unique handmade work of art. Young artists will develop new creative skills and leave with a one-of-a-kind embroidered piece to proudly use and enjoy.

No previous embroidery experience is needed!
