We are a second-generation, family-owned business proudly serving our local community and global clients. Under the leadership of Managing Partner Brian P. Connors — a visionary with over two decades of expertise in hospitality, education, and business development — we help brands and organizations thrive through innovation.

Our consulting work includes collaborations with iconic names such as Bacardi, Royal Caribbean, and Sandals Resorts, specializing in operational training, leadership development, and educational solutions for the global hospitality industry.

Locally, we are proud to be working with a dynamic group of restaurants here in the region, helping to elevate culinary and service excellence. We are also launching the Restaurant Leadership Institute in partnership with the Massachusetts Restaurant Association — a groundbreaking initiative to empower the next generation of hospitality leaders.

Brian is a sought-after keynote speaker and was recently named one of the “Most Influential Educators in Global Hospitality.” Through Connors Davis Hospitality, we continue to bridge innovation and tradition, shaping the future of hospitality locally and worldwide.
