First Choice Safety Solutions, based in Mystic, CT, provides Safety, Rescue, Access, Training & Gear services for industrial, utility, construction, and municipal clients throughout the region. Since 2014, we have delivered practical safety solutions that strengthen operations, support compliance, and protect workers in challenging environments.

We specialize in project safety consulting, including OSHA-compliant program development, on-site safety support, and jobsite risk assessments tailored to critical infrastructure projects. Our training division delivers OSHA training, fall protection, CPR/AED, confined space, and SPRAT rope access programs that prepare workers to operate safely in hazardous environments.

FCSS also provides standby confined space rescue services and rope access solutions for facilities and contractors requiring expert technical support.
