Sift Bake Shop Niantic is a French focused bakery located in the downtown of Niantic, CT. The

bakeshop, owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young, features a wide variety of artisanal

breads, breakfast pastries and sweet and savory delights. Each menu item starts from scratch with

only the best and freshest ingredients with everything made in-house. Featuring a full barista,

guests can enjoy coffees, lattes, lemonades and more. Sift Bake Shop’s goal is to deliver our

customers quality, unique, and delicious food and the sweeter things in life in a warm and

welcoming environment seven days a week from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
