We are an independent Human Resources consulting practice focused on delivering practical talent management solutions for small and medium businesses.  This includes topics such as  Performance Management, Leadership Development, Coaching, and other core HR services.  Our collaborative approach to solving challenges delivers actionable solutions that fit YOUR unique business needs - not cookie cutter solutions.   We are also available for interim or fractional HR leadership roles.

The practice draws on decades of both US domestic and international experience including expatriate assignments in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Malaysia, and Poland. I have been in a wide array of HR and business subject matter expert roles and have led geographically diverse teams - sometimes spanning 14 time zones. Since I have served in both HR practitioner and executive leadership roles as well as line leadership roles, I bring a balanced perspective to business challenges. The guiding principle of my freelance practice is to "deliver solutions for the real world".
