Founded in 2006 on pristine Smith Cove in Niantic, Connecticut, Three Belles Marina is celebrating its twentieth year as one of the finest full-service marinas on the Connecticut shoreline. Certified Clean Marina since 2010 and 100% solar-powered since 2018, Three Belles has long been the premier private retreat for boaters on the eastern Connecticut Sound.

In 2026, Three Belles is opening its doors wider than ever. Alongside its world-class marina, the property is now home to a year-round waterfront restaurant, a growing calendar of guided on water experiences, and a vibrant destination for anyone who believes, life is better on the water.

Guests can explore Smith Cove and the Niantic River estuary by kayak or stand-up paddleboard, join guided sunset paddles, SUP yoga sessions, or educational ecology tours through the adjacent Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve — 457 acres of ancient coastal forest accessible directly from our dock.
