Stonington, CT - Each year the Stonington Community Center (COMO) distributes thousands of dollars in scholarship funds to Stonington residents to help them achieve their educational goals. The scholarship application period is open now. Applications can be submitted online this year at thecomo.org/scholarships.

There are seven scholarships available including, the Josh Piver Memorial Fund, the Francis Drake Endowment Fund, the Robert and Doris Ramsbotham Scholarship Endowment Fund, the Frank Turek Scholarship Endowment Fund, the Mary H. Boatwright Endowment Fund, the Whitman Award Scholarship, and the Beth-Ann Stewart Arts & Pottery Scholarship. 

The COMO is proud to administer scholarship funds to help support the continuing education of Stonington’s youth. Applications are due to the COMO by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026, for consideration. Learn more about eligibility requirements and download applications at thecomo.org
